一、作為一臺混凝土攪拌機，首先要對混凝土攪拌機的箱體進行維護，并使用新的混凝土攪拌機將箱體支架實時固定在底盤框架附近。每次在運輸混凝土并進入清洗槽后，都須知道混凝土容易與鋼筋粘結。

二、出料的對稱性是混凝土攪拌車的重要指標之一，直接影響施工質量。運輸混凝土時，攪拌筒的轉速應控制在2~5r/min。當混凝土坍落度較大，運輸間隔較長時，出料前應快速移動攪拌筒5~10次，使內部混凝土充分攪拌，大大提高出料的對稱性。如果混凝過程中失水，應在施工現場加水進行調解和充分攪拌。雖然這種環境應該停止，混凝土的質量將無法保證。有些用戶在運輸過程中不注意速度控制，過快會增加油耗，過小會造成混凝土離析。因此，攪拌筒的轉速應嚴格按照資質要求進行控制，以提高混凝土的運輸質量。

三、混凝土的至高不能高于儲罐的至大容積，因為混凝土的密度因強度等級的不同而不同。高強混凝土一般具有較高的密度，相同的體積對汽車不利。輸送混凝土的能力、質量和坍落度應符合車輛操作手冊的規定，并應實時加注潤滑油。

3、 The maximum height of concrete cannot be higher than the maximum volume of the tank, because the density of concrete varies with the strength grade. High strength concrete generally has high density, the same volume is not good for cars. The capacity, quality and slump of concrete conveying shall meet the requirements of vehicle operation manual, and lubricating oil shall be added in real time.

四、混凝土攪拌車停在露天時，裝載前應先將攪拌筒卸去旋轉，把水泥罐中的水放掉，以保證運輸混凝土的質量。

五、在高速公路上行駛時，應將卸料槽降至很低位置，隨車身一起轉移至垂直位置，并用鎖緊裝置將卸料槽鎖緊在車架上，以防因不安全而晃動，造成傷害和事故，影響其他車輛的運行。如果梯子狀況不好，會損壞油輪的油艙軸。

六、卸料前，如果發現水分蒸發，坍落度偏低不能飽滿。當用戶需要時，可在攪拌筒中適當加水，然后根據進料偏差，以6~10轉/分鐘的速度旋轉30圈后，即可出料。

6、 Before unloading, if water evaporation is found, the slump is too low to be full. When the user needs, add water properly in the mixing drum, and then rotate 30 times at the speed of 6 ~ 10 RPM according to the feed deviation, and then the material can be discharged.

七、混凝土攪拌車在運輸混凝土過程中不得將攪拌筒含動，以免出現混凝土離析現象。
