攪拌機司機都清楚，混凝土攪拌機在每次使用過后都需要進行養護，但在日常生產中對混凝土攪拌機養護時需要做些什么，很多操作者卻不是很清晰。這里簡單總結下，混凝土攪拌機在每次使用過后都需要檢查和維護什么。

Mixer drivers are aware that the concrete mixer needs to be maintained after each use, but many operators are not very clear about what they need to do when maintaining the concrete mixer in daily production. Here is a brief summary of what concrete mixers need to be inspected and maintained after each use.

對混凝土攪拌機設備做好定期保養檢修工作，若發現葉片、襯板出現磨損情況，需酌情更換，定期檢查傳動齒輪，并適當涂抹潤滑脂以延長其使用壽命。為防止殘留混凝土凝固結塊，妨礙機器的正常運行，混凝土攪拌機與出料斗應每四小時清洗一次，并定期做好檢查工作，以保證生產設備的高效運轉。

The concrete mixer equipment shall be maintained regularly. If the blade and liner are found to be worn, they shall be replaced as appropriate. The transmission gear shall be inspected regularly and the lubricating grease shall be applied appropriately to prolong its service life. In order to prevent the solidification and caking of residual concrete and hinder the normal operation of the machine, the concrete mixer and discharge hopper should be cleaned every four hours, and regular inspection should be done to ensure the efficient operation of the production equipment.

另外要著重清洗移動式混凝土攪拌機的各部分漿料和水垢。混凝土混塵罐的整個表面也要及時清理，移動式混凝土攪拌機的吊索總繩定期檢查磨損情況，必要時進行修補或更換。

In addition, the slurry and scale of each part of the mobile concrete mixer should be cleaned. The entire surface of the concrete dust mixing tank should be cleaned in time. The general sling rope of the mobile concrete mixer should be regularly inspected for wear and tear. If necessary, it should be repaired or replaced.
